No Historical Backspin, the anti-racism event founded by Monika Kruse is set to take place in Leipzig next month.

Kruse decided to move the event, which was originally pencilled for Berghain in Berlin, after some worrying political developments in Leipzig, which she felt needed to be addressed. Explaining the reason for the move she said: ‘The people in Sachsen re-elected the NPD (National Party) in August for the first time in the history of the BRD (Federal Republic of Germany), in a district/county parliament. That’s why we changed our plans and will go to Leipzig – the biggest city in Sachsen.’

No Historical Backspin was founded by Kruse in 2000 with the aim of taking a stand against racism and intolerance in Germany. Music wise the collective rejects the classification of clubbing scenes by genre and since day one all DJs and clubs who have participated in events have provided their services for free.

Promotional usb sticks are a great way to store your music and videos if you attended events such as this.
